BeOp to Collective Audience™
BeOp pioneered conversational advertising formats that respect users and protect publisher value. Its acquisition by Collective Audience™ brought those formats into a global audience platform built for brands, agencies, and premium publishers.

Collective Audience™ to NYIAX®
In 2025, Collective Audience™ merged with NYIAX®, combining conversational AdTech with exchange-grade infrastructure inspired by financial markets - bringing greater transparency, standardization, and efficiency to media transactions.

NYIAX® to Datavault AI
In 2026, NYIAX® entered into an agreement to join Datavault AI, aligning advertising infrastructure with a broader mission: monetizing data and powering the next generation of digital exchanges.

Where we sit today
Within this ecosystem:

  • Datavault AI specializes in data monetization and exchange platforms.
  • NYIAX remains the financial and marketplace infrastructure layer - the exchange arms of the group.
  • Collective Audience™ is the marketing and advertising arm - delivering conversational experiences, publisher infrastructure, and performance advertising for the open web.

We continue to operate with teams in Paris, Montpellier, and New York, serving media partners, publishers, advertisers, and brands worldwide.
